(Mainly) Pacific Gem Citra Pale

Not one for posting recipes as most of mine are a bit random. Bit of this, bit of that, some you win, some you lose.

However this one was worthy. Quite a peach-fest, very hop forward and fruity, but quite delicate. I'm not the most precise with my water treatment, but think I hit the sweet(!) spot for this brew.

Fermentable Colour lb: oz Grams Ratio
Crystal Malt 130 EBC 0 lbs. 10.5 oz 300 grams 4.8%
Extra Pale Malt 2.5 EBC 13 lbs. 3.6 oz 6000 grams 95.2%

Pacific Gem: 20 mins 15 grams
Citra: 15 mins 15 grams
Pacific Gem: 10 mins 15 grams
Citra: 5 mins 20 grams
Chinook: 5 mins 10 grams
Pacific Gem: 0 mins 40 grams
Liberty: 0 mins 36 grams
Citra : 0 mins 40 grams (dry hop)

Final Volume: 23 Litres
Original Gravity: 1.061
Final Gravity: 1.015
Alcohol Content: 6% ABV
Total Liquor: 32.9 Litres
Mash Liquor: 21.1 Litres
Mash Efficiency: 75 %
Bitterness: 36.1654576736 EBU
Colour: 18 EBC

I was quite worried about the IBUs being too low, but I think the hop character really dominates so you're not left wanting. Most of the pales I do these days use "hop bursting" or whatever its called. What a great technique!
