Flat Beer

Hi,

I kegged a Brupaks Birkby Bitter last weekend, tried it tonight to see how it was going and there is no condition in it at all. It finished at 1.012 and I primed with 75g of sugar.

I used my Widget to gas up the keg and it is holding pressure so I think there can't be enough viable yeast in there to condition the beer.

I'm going to my local HB shop tomorrow for another kit and thought about opening up the keg and adding a bit of yeast but I've never done this before so was wondering if any of you have any tips about how much yeast to use, do I add any more sugar etc etc????

On the plus side I am enjoying a pint of Coopers bitter made with a pack of Geordie beer enhancer. This has condition fine, dropped bright with a good tight head. It's a bot too drinkable though and the keg is going down at an alarming rate!
