Has anyone got a recipe to use up some Tettang and H/Hersbrucker?
I have 80g of Tettang and 50g of H/Hersbrucker. I have about 2.5 KG of torrified wheat so getting shut of some of it would be a big plus.

First thoughts were a Weiss beer with Tettnang.
Maybe use 70% Pilsner/Lager malt plus 30% Torry to replace wheat malt and flaked wheat.
