Fresh out of the bottle! Final gravity corrected to about 1.005. My initial reading was incorrect on the account of a small string I had attached to the hydrometer, which was my first attempt at taking a gravity reading inside of a carboy. Needless to say, the slightest weight of the string threw off my gravity reading. I'll support Seymour's review in that the beer turned out quite delicious. This was a fun experiment in "unconventional" ingredients, especially for my first brew ever.

Cheers!

7% ABV. 30 IBU. 1.005 FG.
