From the look of the picture it appears to be a 50 Litre keg adapted no :)

Nice one! This is a manual cleaning station used in the soft drinks Industry, they can use harmfull chemicals in these, make sure you clean thoroughly, you don't want a jiffy belly. :D

Yep, that's what it is. Used all over the food industry for foaming chemicals. This is a friends, we have both being trying to nobble one for ages. He beat me to it.
