Damn good! I just bootle it last sunday at 1044 and will now let it at min 4 weeks before (arrrggg) sample it.
Taste so goood (off course not finish, green, etc.) and the color are so close that it bring me back alsmost on Neist Point Lighthouse! Very but very promising to a long career on tape! Will inform asap the sample in the glass.

Here are the test:

Damn goos! Light, malty, yeasty (a little to much, has to wait a little more). Less carbonation, will raise with time. A perfect session beer.
Not exactly the Red Cuillin, but enough to bring back to these landscapes. Will see how it will increase with time: I will give 2 weeks more to mature in bottle.
