have a look at the links page and suppliers, or try ebay for a kit including ;fermenting bin
paddle
barrell or bottles
hydrometer
beer kit (this is what you are looking at and is just the syrup to make it)
steralising solution
syphon tube or tap to fit the fermenting barrel
there are plenty around advertised as complete kits, wilkinsons also sell them i think.
you will also need some sugar and possibly some yeast although this often comes with the kit .
