Cheers. I decided to ferment in the bathroom just incase it goes crazy (which luckily it hasn't) but now the whole room smells amazing!! It's really fruity!
To my shame I completely forgot to order yeast so had to go with what I had in stock which is US-05. If nothing else, it'll showcase the malt & hops.

Really fancy a go at this but can't find any Sorachi Ace...

I've never tried Pacific Jade but I can say sorachi ace is completely unlike anything I've used before!!

It seems to be in abundance in the USA. I was thinking of looking into shipping a couple of kilos over.

It's smelling amazing! really berry fruity but deep and roasty at the same time.
