the best part tho is the recipes.
from craft breweries including Thornbridge, Kernel, Weird Beard, Tiny Rebel, Magic Rock......with tasting notes and tips from the brewers for each one.

I had a quick flick through whilst queuing in (I think) Sainsburys.
Have to say it failed to captivate me. Had it been 4 or 5 quid I might have gone for it but a tenner seemed a tad steep.

I would like a copy of this book. SWMBO would like to buy it for my birthday in a few weeks time, however I have not been able to find it anywhere. I have searched Waterstones, W.H.Smith, Amazon, Play.com. I clicked on the link and find it is out of stock.
Perhaps it has been withdrawn from sale. Any ideas ?

Liked the bit about the commercial breweries. Plus the recipes are quite good - Thornbridge Lord Marples for example is in there. Some generic recipes at the back too, a lot of SMASH or quite close to SMASH recpies though. As someone whose 'clones' seem to turn out better than my own thought up brews this isn't a bad starter. Think I'll use this the Clone Brews book, and Graham Wheelers book to design my own for the time being until I get more accomplished!
