Looks really good to me. As far as the household sugar, I often like the fruity/caramelly notes of brown sugar, but that's a very minor quibble. I see you've got something even better in the place of invert sugar. I'd love to see a picture of this one.
Also, if you have a place to open ferment, or at the very least use a coffee filter or sanitary cloth instead of an airlock, you'll get cooler esters.

Made the Radieuse this week, first time using this pump, worked really well, saved some time and the effort of humping buckets of hot wort about. Not quite made the 1070 0g and the colours not right, but hey the wort tasted good !



Next up gonna re-use this yeast to make a belgian/american pale, got some magnum for bittering, then got to choose between cascade, amarillo or apollo for late on, what do you think?
