Hi
I wanted to do a Orfy Hobgoblin clone this Friday but couldn't get hold of the full set of ingredients. So the my LHBS suggested a few subsitutions. Not too bothered by the colour being out, what does the forum think, is this good to go or should I try for another receipe ?
Also the reason for my 10 days in Primary is that I'm just not around to move into secondary before that.
Cheers
Andy

Hobgoblin Lite
Re: Hobgoblin Lite
Haven't seen the "old ale" version of this so cant comment but Its a near enough clone for the the standard Hobgoblin recipe. Which uses pale, crystal and chocolate. Hops used are fuggles and styrians. ABV 5.2%.
