It is somewhat apropros that this post should come up as I was talking to another brewer and he was asking for a recipe for St Peters Ruby Ale . . . is it in the book

I haven't given specific permission and I guess that effectively Google Books is like any other book seller so they will have access to the book through the usual distribution channels that I have no control over. Under normal circumstances I'd be happy to see it there but since I'd rather not have anyone waste their money on the first edition I can only wait for my cancellation of its publication to feed through the distribution channels which I think will take months (at best). I can only cut off the supply and if other web sites dont reflect this it will be a frustration for their customers when they cannot supply the book.boingy wrote:Les, what's the score with that book being available on Google Books?
Is it legit?
Have you given permission?
Are you happy to see it there?
That's OK. I released it at the time so I blame myself. In hindsight it was a mistake but I can't close the stable door.Aleman wrote:I must admit, I've never seen THBRD on any of the CBA sites, even buried away on a non referenced page, but that it not to say that it was in the very dim and distant past. If we are the source of the escape, then I apologise, and will buy a copy asap.
There are details for 9 St. Peters beers in there but not Ruby Ale.Aleman wrote:It is somewhat apropros that this post should come up as I was talking to another brewer and he was asking for a recipe for St Peters Ruby Ale . . . is it in the book![]()

Since you asked, the e-book is here: http://www.lulu.com/shop/les-howarth/th ... 00116.html. You can also get it as a paperback from Amazon etc.BeerBloke wrote:So how about a link the the newer version Les?
