370g Wheat Malt
Mash temp 65 deg c for 90 min
Mash liquor 27 ltr, strike temp 81 deg c
Boil time 120 min
99.8g Cascade hops (5% AA) bittering hops 120 min
124.8g Cascade hops (4% AA) bittering hops 120 min
67.5g Cascade hops aroma (last 15 min)
10g Protafloc (last 15 min)
OG 1045
FG 1010
Alc cont 4.5%
IBU's 58
Final volume 46ltr
I've had to split the hops for bittering as I have 2 packs with different AA values, ie, 4 and 5%.
I simply worked out the hop quantities for 2 x 23ltr batches, one with 4 and one with 5% AA hops. I can use the left overs from the 2 packs for the aroma hops as the AA isn't as important here

Will be a nice early start at 6am
