due to difficulties fitting my new plastic pins into my fridge I am considering buying the cask widge system.
I know there are some users on this forum so what is the general consensus?
are they worth it ,what advantages/disadvantages?
my pins fit in the fridge but with the tap fitted it is a very tight squeeze to shut the door, and I reckon with the cask widge system I can get 2 casks in one serving and one conditioning
thanks in advance
Paul

Re: question for cask widge users
I use the cask widge system when dispensing beer from my cypherco kegs at party's . I find the system really good as you can have the barrel vertical and much less hassle banging in the initial wedge thing! My only slight bug bear is that as the float is floating on the top you tend to draw a bit of air when using the beer engine therefore getting a bit more of a head to the beer ( I prefer a flatter beer). All in all a good system and the starter kit is good value I think
