Hello MB,
I didn`t put any hops in because DM said he had tried different brews with hops and he couldn`t taste any difference. I`ve got another Weiss Beer to do after this one and I will chuck in some Falconer Flight Hops!

Hello LL,
You are absolutely correct in your choice of Wheat Extract. That is the one that I bought off the `Homebrewonline` place, super duper faster than fast delivery, wheat more can I say? I know, I`ll say Goodnight! Goodnight!

Hello LL,
BKE.....Beer Kit Enhancer!
Speeds start of Fermentation
Adds Body
Improves Flavour
Aids Head Retention (I like that bit)
How to Use....
Follow Kit Instructions and replace the the sugar with BKE!

My Weiss is down to 1012, will be bottling tomorrow if the same. Very spicy, sweet taste.

Nice one WA! That gravity seems a bit high though, especially as you say it has a sweet taste, so I'd recommend leaving it a bit longer. This yeast can munch through a lot of sugar given time!

Cheers
