I like the looks of that =D> All that I would add in addition is some oyster sauce :)

If you try this recipe, please taste the food before adding any other sauces .... this is my best stir fry ever and full of flavour.
I had it again tonight with the left over garlic chicken and this time I boiled up some hot instant noodles the emptied the noodle pan in to the wok, stir fried it all for a minute then plated it up.

Quick and easy top chinese nosh.

I don't doubt you :) I bought my first hammered wok in 1990 and haven't looked back since. The plus for me is that I work only a couple of blocks from China Town here in Boston so all of my shopping is easily done. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

I've owned this wok for 18 years and it was handed down to me by my dad who had it for 15 years.

A few years back one of my kids used it and cleaned it with washing liquid :(
Its took 2 years of hard cooking to get it back to its former seasoned glory.

A well seasoned wok is both a thing of beauty and a good friend in the kitchen =D>
