Coniston Brewing Company - Coniston, Lake District, Cumbria, UK, behind the Black Bull Pub
OG: ≈1083
ABV: 8.5%
Grainbill: 86.4% Maris Otter, 6.8% Crystal Malt, 6.8% Dark Crystal Malt
Bittering Hops: Challenger (90 min)
Aroma Hops: Goldings (lots at flame-out)
IBU: ≈36
Colour: clear deep amber, it darkens a bit with aging
Fermentation: proprietary Coniston English ale strain, some bottles contain primary strain, this particular beer is kreusened with some actively fermenting Bluebird Bitter, matured three months

Cheers Seymour - you must be a detective in your spare time - I couldn't find it anywhere. That's a huge amount of grain will have to reduce brew length to accommodate - in fact I've never done one that big OG wise. Will be good for Christmas 14 I reckon.
