i also pick up 100g of each hops any good brews also got loads of other hops in freezer too need to get used

A Simcoe single hop is good, a nice simple recipe works fine, maybe just maris otter to make a SMaSH beer. Or have 10% Munich malt. OR 5% Crystal. PLUS 5-10% wheat malt. If you have some Amarillo, add some in near the end/after the boil, great with Simcoe.
