Just made this Brew.
6Lts Rubicon Mango juice
14Lts Tesco Basic AJ
3 Large Bramleys Grated, simmerred for 20 mins in 2Lts AJ
3 mugs Tea, 4 bags each
SG @ 22deg 1042
3 tsp Yeast and 3 tsp Yeast Nutrient added @ 22deg
FV in water bath @ 22deg
Sample jar tasting very Mangoey / Mangoishy!

Would have thought 12 T-bags in 20 litres a bit excessive, but you makes no mention of any harshness in your tasting notes.

Sounds good mate! Can u provide a pic of the apple juice you buy? I know you've mentioned before its under 20p a liter, just wondering which I should be looking for.

This marked as 65p, it is 16p in our Tosco.

It's 65p in mine...Will keep an eye out. Should have stocked up on the 4litres for 85p. Few weeks back, but w live and learn. This recipe sound good, I made a similar brew with Apple, mango, peach and passion fruit juice, tried a bottle last week and it was lovely, the passion fruit flavour was by far the most dominant. The Mrs love it with a drop of lemonade, so it's persuaded her to not winge about the next load of brews I have planned!
