Birkby Bitter stuck at 1015

Birkby Bitter plus 1kg hopped medium spray malt. started at 1050 it has been at 1015 for last 2 days after 8 days all together from start ...it tastes superb and is quite clear, can I bottle? or would kegging be better.

That's not far of being done, I wouldn't expect it to get much lower than 1013 anyway, i'd keg as it will mature and taste better.
