I brewed this on 24th of June and bottled it on 15th July, and cracked open a 10 day old bottle tonight.

Wow, what a tasty brew :D

Triple Hop IPA

Type: Extract

Brewlength: Based on 23L
Boil Volume: 27L
Wort into FV: 20L
OG: 1.056
FG: 1.012
EBC: 14 (much darker in reality, more like dark amber)
IBU: 53
ABV: 6.0% (after priming)

Fermentables
3.000kg of Light LME (Malt Miller) - 5EBC
1.000kg of Light DME (Malt Miller) - 7EBC
0.250kg of Pale Crystal Malt - 60EBC

Hops
16g of Chinook Leaf 12.5%AA @60mins
16g of Citra Pellet 14.5%AA @60mins

15g of Chinook Leaf 12.5%AA @5mins
15g of Citra Pellet 14.5%AA @5mins
50g of Ahtanum Leaf 4.7%AA @5mins

15g of Chinook Leaf 12.5%AA @0mins
15g of Citra Pellet 14.5%AA @0mins
50g of Ahtanum Leaf 4.7%AA @0mins

25g of Chinook Leaf 12.5%AA Dry Hop
54g of Citra Pellet 14.5%AA Dry Hop

Fermented with 11g of Danstar BRY-97 American West Coast Yeast @19/20C

This brew is pretty clear already, but my glass had condensation on it, after i dropped the bottle in the freezer for 30 mins.

Loads of tropical fruit and some pine on the nose, then tropical fruit followed by a slight caramel/piney finish in the mouth :D

The hop after burps are also very pleasing!
