Do you mean catering-service-uk?

I'm looking at getting a bigger boiler and i had a look at some stainless ones but unfortunately the price is too steep for me at the moment! :(
I need a bigger one so i'll just get a big plastic jobby with 2 elements!

Ta for the recipie! Brewed it last night and is currently fermenting like a goodun!

Just a few quick questions (as I'm still a newbie at this).

OG was 1048, this is fine for the style? (I think the original was about 5.2% ABV)
Any ideas that the FG would be?

Wheat beers in general are supposed to be easy drinking, with the exception of the bock. But you don’t want alcohol above 5.5%

The book says FG of 1.012

I have FG 1.010 after one week.

Good luck

First sample bottle, second and third are rather good.

I'll leave it alone and move onto the turbo!

I have been trying my wheat beer over the last week.
It has mellowed over the last few weeks and is now very drinkable?

On Sunday I compared it to a bottle of Schneider Weisse and SWMBO and I could not tell the difference. So its got the thumbs up, I am sure this keg will not be lasting very long!
