Going for a job at a brewery

Applied for a job as a barman as they have their own brewery at the back.

Beerwise they've excelled as they've recently (in 1998) opened up their own brewery, the Weatheroak brewery, and currently brew three excellent beers all of which are on sale in the pub. They've also a selection of other real ales with a couple from smaller microbreweries for added variety. If you look through the door at the back of the bar, you'll be able to see the casks racked up.

Just want to talk around the head brewer to give me some unpaid work in the brewhouse and some cheap grain hops and yeast.
Just hope they have a vacancy soon.
