I like the sound of this. Will the yeast have to be filtered out? Will you have a filtration system available? When will you start doing this?

Aron - we have done a little experimentation on local brews and there doesn't appear to be a requirement for any further filtering. As to when we can start well we are pretty much ready to go. Once we get the confidence that this is something the industry wants then we can start dedicating staff to it which will make our processes slicker.

Barneey - we have not actually at this time bar some non labeled cans which are pretty non descript. I'll get something sorted in the next few days.

post a link here when up and i for one will be checking it out ;) and am already looking forward to reading about the whole process, so dont skimp on the details ;)

i dont think us small scale hobby brewers will be providing you with bread n butter, but its refreshing that your taking interest in us as viable customers. I wish you all the best with the venture and when i have the stocks ready I could well be an eager customer..

Maturing: Challenger smash, and a kit lager
Drinking: dry one minikeg left in the store
Coming Soon Lots planned for the near future nowt for the immediate :(

When I arranged contract bottling, price when supplying 30HL was 40p/per 500ml bottle. I supplied the label. I think lower volumes cost £5.04 per case of 12, so 42p.
