Dave, One thing for you those bolts / nuts on the jubilee clips don't look as though they are stainless, although Jubilee clips maybe sold as being stainless the bolts / nuts seldom are. The will more than likely go black in the first boil and the coating will end up in the beer (galv finish)

I normally use something like these http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... AC:GB:3160 NOTE it says FULL stainless others will have a galv bolt.

I think you're right! They're from the same pack that I used on my last boiler (they went black after 1-2 brews). I wasn't able to find any details on what the bolts were made from so just went with it. Have just ordered some from your link (albeit slightly smaller).

New all ss clamps fitted, plugs fitted, lid cut out, electrics tested. And with a smattering of electrical tape,... My new boiler is complete & ready for action!!
