Leaking Reg - New O ring?

I have got a reg I got 2nd hand and it leaks between the stem and nut where it screws to the bottle. PTFE tape has been no help and I've tightened it as far as it will go. Thinking of getting a new O ring. Any Idea where I can get one? Any Other Ideas?

Pop along to Screwfix and buy an O Ring Kit - about 25 sizes for about a tenner ones bound to fit if you get the metric set.
