The Ditch's stout is plenty powerful enough for me. Don't think I'd dare tackle anything as powerful as a Toucan!

Hi, I'm an insane person and I just put on the following concoction:
1 can coopers stout
500g dark dme
1kg dextrose
Kit yeast with which I made a starter.
Brew length 10l
sg 1088
Somebody tell my family I love them

AO; Ye don't give us the fermentation temps. And I'm no good with metric, being a child of the £, s, d. How's 10 L's compare with 3 Gallons? Because, my stuff ~ very similar you your own plan ~ f**king Destroyed me! :shock:

I would say though that, if ye fermented that stuff at 22c ~ which Coopers yeast takes in its stride, laughingly ....? I'd get amongst it after four days.

I'd also expect it to taste gorgeous. And to rip my f**king head off within five pints! :shock:

Haha looks like I will be drinking this from a thimble! House has a thermostat currently set to 20c (we have a new born) so even with it being in the downstairs bathroom it should stay fairly close to that
