It isn't the size, but what you do with it that counts, right?

Your just showing off Scotia with all that shiny  ...truth be told i fancy your brewery more than my girlfriend :=P

Here is mine, finished about the same time as yours. Im always improving my process and the brewery is being upgraded with a GOAT chiller and I also need to add a couple of tablet computers to it for control. What i like about mine is its speed - 6 hours start to finish (fully cleaned) for 60 min boile and mash, 7 hours for 90 min boil and mash - 46 Liter batches

Much as I love Scotia's shiny, and setmarsh's beautifully elegant brewery, I do love breweries like this packed in under the stairs.

Currently mine would just be a picture of 3 boxes of stainless steel components - waiting for it to get a bit warmer before I venture outside to build the three tier stand I need to fit in my outdoor brew cupboard.
Ingredients: Water, Barley, Hops, Yeast, Seaweed, Blood, Sweat, The swim bladder of a sturgeon, My enemies tears, Scenes of mild peril, An otter's handbag and Riboflavin.

Send a pic of your girlfriend I may trade! :) How many brews have you done so far with your new kit? I have also made a couple of mods which include a wedge wire bottom for my mash and a 6kw element for the HLT, I also changed the controllers to ST1000 and fitted a sample tap on the fv. I have a few mods to do to the pipe work, adding a T with valve over the floor drain for ease of cleaning and a whirl pool for the Copper. I have also plan on making another FV (whenever time permits) as I have a 500 dia manway leftover from a job I did end of last year.

LOl you do make us all laugh with the bits of kit you have left over from jobs

Ive brewed about 460 Liters so far. Couple of batches wasted, one with an infection (fruit fly suspected, little fecker). My batch size is 42 to 46 liters. I have a fair few process things i need to figure out (once i finish obsessing about Goat chillers). Good move on the element upgrade, it makes the world of difference - mine are 5.5Kw and i have my process so well defined i never have to wait for anything to heat up...example wort is almost at boil as sparge finishes.....

Hope all well your side
