This may be me talking utter boll0cks. Or, it may be a basic tenet of brewing. I wouldn't know.
Just that; I'm getting toward the last pint in my BK. It's
bloody cold in there. And I'm tending to get clear beer off a really solid sediment.
Wondered .....

Ditch,
It will form and solidify. This has only been in the bottle a week.
How do you know if you are drinking clear beer if it`s a Stout? Can`t see through mine!

It's not entirely an article of faith, mate. I find, when ye get right down to the bottom of the FV / BK, it
can get a little cheesy, if ye hitting that sediment.
You tasted a cheesy cock ale ....? No. F**k it. I don't wanna know!

Couldn`t resist!
3 weeks in the bottle and WOW!
WAHAAAAAAY! What a rather nice drink this is!
Bloody Fantastic!
I`ll have to take these to Nicola`s house in Notts to stop me drinking them! Maybe not `cos Nicola loves Real Ale!
Going to the Shed now for a `Cock Ale`.

MB,
This has been 6 weeks in the bottle, using your tried and tested priming dose, when can I expect to see this beer pouring with a head?
Had one tonight, tiny, tiny bubbles on top for 4 seconds, Beautiful Beer! Just wait and see?

What temperature is it at? Maybe the CO2 has been absorbed into the beer?
Mine is actually slightly over primed, not at all fizzy, but now pours a little lively. Wondering if it's dropped a bit more gravity in the bottle.
Cheers
