brewuk black ipa-dry hopping
Got this going last Saturday. It started fermenting Sunday fairly quick. Planning to bottle on 16th so was just wondering when to dry hop, I'm thinking as it's 50g s would the 8-9th do or is that too long any advice on this folks
Re: brewuk black ipa-dry hopping
I generally dry hop for 5 days before bottling, any longer and it gets a bit grassy.
All the gear with no idea...

I'd say 7-10 days just to be different. But I guess it depends which hops and what you are trying to achieve.

Dried hopped today they seem to be still dry on the very top guessing they suck up the beer and start semi sinking ?
