Recipe ideas

Pending the delivery of the Grainfather I've ordered I need to put a ''quick'' brew on. I've got some tins of LME and 100g of Amarillo knocking around, does anyone have a recipe idea?

Depends what you like :) I did this Amarillo Blonde the other day, although for extract you won't be able to use the Vienna malt addition, perhaps steep some crystal with the carapils instead?
