Extract brewing for beginners

Finally time to start my first extract but I am stuck again.

I want to do a wheat beer (wiessbier) followed by a stout but I am finding the recipes from Greg's book really expensive.

I have priced up the Wiessbier and this is nearly £40 time I had Protofloc etc same with the Belgian Pale Ale recipe.

Apart the sites above where do people order from?

Anyone found somewhere cheap or any cheap recipes for the above?

Also how important is it to get the % of the hops completely like the recipe?
