Recipe:
9kg Maris Otter
0.5kg Carapils
0.5kg Crystal
OG 1.059 target
Mash @ 66 for 90 minutes
Boil for 90 minutes
Citra 33g Start
Citra 33g 15 mins
Citra 34g when wort hits 80 degrees
Fermented with MJ California Ale yeast



Issues:
- Ended up with 40 litres (after liquoring back)
- Had 6 litres of wort in mashtun that wouldn't fit into the boiler
- OG 1.057
- Hop filter got blocked (AGAIN!!!!) - will have to fabricate a replacement
One question - if I add wort during the boil from the MT to the boiler, how long (minimum) would it have to boil for ? 15 minutes ok?

Split between two carboys for fermenting - one carboy was crash cooled in new keezer, one had finings added. The crash cooled carboy has been racked to a corny already, and is currently carbing at 5 degrees 20 psi - sound about right?
