Hops arrived today, 15kgs of delight. Will PM those who have ordered to PayPal the funds. Hoping packer will arrive tomorrow as I have Thursday eve pencilled in to package up. Hope to dispatch by Saturday.

I have now sold out of hops.

To everyone who PM'd me with orders, they were all posted this morning via my hermes (sorry I tried to drop them off on Saturday morning but the shop's scanner wasnt working!). They should be with you in a few days, let me know if there are any issues.

I will be doing this again in December/January time when the 2015 hops come out, will get some input from you all on what varieties we order. Will post back here when that time comes around.

Got my hops yesterday, all safe and sound. Now I've just got to find the time to get some brews on! Just moving from biab to 3 vessel and the garage is creaking at the seams....

Update....hop shortage is coming.

I called the hop merchant to see when they would have 2015 Hops available, they said Jan 2015 but that supplies were likely to be very very limited. Apparently there is a global hop shortage this year, the US is around 30% down, combined with an increase in demand from craft brewers worldwide. In short I asked here was there a better selection of hops around now than there would be in the new year? She said absolutely yes......

With this in mind i'm thinking of doing another bulk order and splitting out. The lady I spoke with confirmed as long as hops are vaccumed, cool and dark they will last for a long time.

Are people up for another round of hop purchasing? Trying to suss out demand before I blast my credit card once again! Concious its Christmas coming up (hops as a present? yes please!) but last time I didnt even advertise the hops outside this thread and they all went.
