Even got the mash in temp spot on today.

Mash in 66C for 60 min. Added the black malt for last 5 mins,just for colour.

Ph test after 10 mins was fluctuating between 5.2/ 5.3. My missus always wonders what the crap is on her thick winter fleece. It's malted barley,love.

Well,it's back! That plasticy off flavour. Oxidised it when bottling,as some dry hops clogged the auto syphon filter,causing a lot of bubbles to go up the tube. Never mind,the hops overpower it after a split second,so drinkable at least. Must fit a tap to my FV to avoid the syphoning.
