Matt came up with a recipe for me discussed here, which I have named "Matts Zarzamora De Oro"
As usual I have scaled to 16L and will be brewing it in the next few days(well today if I can get my chores all squared off

I had a thought for no other reason than I read it somewere on the forum of taking 2pints of the wort and boiling down to darken the colour, would this be a good idea or am I having a mental lapse that will do nothing for my beer?
I need this one to go better than the last as I ended up with elderflower malt vinager(thanks to the SWMBO moving the secondry around and knocking the lid off
