Still work in progress, the holes need to be drilled, slider fitted and handle, I hope with this selection nearly all glass bottles I have / want to fill will be possible, from the standard style bottle, grolsch to Leffe bottle, so no more washers to mess around with ;)

Disclaimer, This type of Pegas is NOT designed for use with glass bottles, do so at your own risk.

Nice Barneey. So you are going to weld the ground down washers onto the base of those?
I'll be using your idea when I have a bit of time.

Yes, although it will be easier to weld the whole washer on first and then grind to suit ( I think)

Gotta say I love you pulling things apart, reverse engineering them etc barneey and looking forward to seeing the final product!
Have a quick question on the plastic Pegas if you don't mind (saw that you had one that you sold and this looks similar), roughly what's the length of the shank and is it replaceable if needed (thinking about mounting one permanently to a fridge door)?
