Do any of you use portable style electric cooker/hobs to heat your hlt/boiler? If so any recommendations?

Ive got a buffalo 3kw induction
Not used it yet but they seem the popular choice and about the max you will run on a 13amp socket

Buffalo 3kw induction. Fantastic. Make sure your boil pot is induction compatibile.

3rd vote for the Buffalo. A superb bit of kit, and I think the most efficient style of electric hob by far.
