Afternoon all!
With the recent Pilgrim hops competition [thanks again Stevie!], i'm considering the following recipe.
I'm very new to AG brewing but have been brewing partials and kits for years. I thought i'd put together a simple recipe.
[I like Seymour's recipe templates, as you'll notice below!]

Sorry for jumping on the band wagon, can create a separate thread if you want. Thanks again Steve for giving more hops to play with!
I'm thinking of using (at least some of) my winnings in place of the galaxy and summit hops in the repeat of my Vienna pale ale. (4.7kg Vienna, 300g caramalt)
Was thinking
25g of leftover phoenix at 60 mins
20g pilgrim at 15mins
30g pilgrim at flameout
Then trying a golden ale with just pale malt later with
20g pilgrim at 60mins
30g pilgrim at 30mins
15g of both summit and galaxy at 10mins
15g of both summit and galaxy at 5mins
20g of both summit and galaxy for a 30min hop stand.
Still need to have a play with brewers friend to see how these look on paper.

Re: Pilgrim Single Hop AG Recipe
They're ok, they're meant to have spicy and molasses flavours and are supposed to be similar to EKG and challenger.
I bought them to dry hop a Scottish heavy kit, which I had added a tin of treacle to already, kind of got lost in there.
I then used 25g in my 1st stove top AG, minimal flavour as I used some (too much) coffee malt.
They where pretty cheap in my LHBS, they wouldn't be top of my hop list to repeat. Guessing the remainder will be good for bittering.
