Just made this recipe from dave lines book, taste is just about spot on but the clarity is very much on the light side resembles a wheat beer.
Anybody got any idea what has caused this, but close your eyes it tastes great.cheers :roll:

What yeast did you use and how long ago did you brew it?

What exactly do you mean? The colour is on the light side, or, it's not clear?

If it's the colour, that'll be down to the recipe, principally. If it's the clarity, there's nothing to add to the explanation given. If it tastes good, time should clear it.

Indeed. Line says 1 tsp Brewer's Caramel - but you don't know what he was using - probably Bisto in those days. Just add caramels until the colour looks right.
