Marble Dobber recipe from the brewery

Post by Clibit » Tue Jun 14, 2016 3:34 pm

Marble has released the original and latest recipes for its Dobber and Ginger, I've put a hybrid 2009/2016 Dobber recipe up here with some notes:

Hope it's ok to link, apologies if not.

Cheers, but the dry hop level seems utterly pointless even if they get far more out of hops than we do. Sure there hasn't been a lost decimal place or two somewhere?

edi: I think they've buggered up their HL to l and/or KG to g conversion somehow. Unless it's just used as an aid for nucleation points or something

Agree, the actual amount is less. I would just use a more regular amount. In fact the 2016 version uses about 3.4g per litre for the dry hop. Which is 78g in 23 litres. Maybe the 2009 version used a handful in a cask.
