AG#25 - DKN

I'm finding it hard to find time to brew now our little Erin is in the world, however I did find an afternoon today, whilst painting the shed! I had some El Dorado and Galaxy in the freezer and have been meaning to try the well known DKN recipe for a while so knocked this out today. OG 1056. The sticky hops absolutely stank out the kitchen. Awesome. Getting kegged and drank fresh for summer.















Easy brewday. Hit the numbers so rewarded with one of my EU Summit Belgian IPAs.

Looks good never used either hops.


Strange question where did you get the simpsons malt from. I've got a sack of simpsons concerto malt just can't find a supplier

Its an award winning recipe (not mine) so it should be a winner, but aye I will keep the forum posted

Down to 1010 so throwing the dry hop at it. Tastes lovely!
