Brewed 11 days ago, bottled today. Priming sugar is in the recipe . DEcided to keep it simple again, no spices at flamout this time. Just quite hoppy. Sample tasted good with good body from the yeast again - should say it was belle saison not the one listed . First time I've used Bo pils malt, I did a step mash too for beta amylase then a sacchrification step. No idea if it was worth it
