If you haven't got cables already I recommend these.

Home brew shop sell some. I use those. 2.4kW all day long without issue... and cheaper then the ones listed so far. ..

Got a double IPA on the boil at the moment. 1 hr into the boil and the cable is not even warm. Really snug fit on the element too. Top stuff
