Burner
Hi,
Just wondering whether it's worth getting the 7.5kw burner or the 8.8kw one from Hamilton Gas Products.
To heat 100 litre kettle.
Anyone have any experience of it?
Will the smaller one heat the kettle?
Cheers

It may seem a silly Q , but How can you tell which one is which. I brought one a long time ago, but iirc i looked at the jet and thought it was listed as the correct jet for the smaller size burner. Even thou I brought the bigger.
Could you look at the jets for me,, and tell me what's stamped on each.
Cheers

their in storage atm , im about to tile the brewery / brewshed floor after concreting and screeding it , but in use the 7.5 is like a very big hob flame where the 8.8 is live a bloody jet engine !

Ok, cheers, I'll have a dig around and have another look at mine, I only used it 2 or 3 times. It's still it's orignal box.

Re: Burner
So I bought the 8.8kw
Tried it out and this is it in action. Not quite on full either. It's a beast.
