Dry hop with probably 70g simcoe
I didn't have columbus so used mosaic
Ibu roughly 125, hardcore should be 148 Ibu calculated
Fg 1.073 should have been 1.083 but I did end up with about 23 l instead of 19 l
Happy with my brew day even if it didn't quite play out exactly.
