Im putting together a brew to use up my left over malts so I've chucked this into brewsmith.
Any comments/warnings?

0.20 kg Roasted Barley (Thomas Fawcett)
0.10 kg Barley, Flaked (Thomas Fawcett)
15.00 g Admiral [14.75 %] - Boil 60.0 min
1Items Whirlfloc Tablet (Boil 15.0 mins)
10.00 g Willamette [5.50 %] - Boil 10.0 min
20.00 g Willamette [5.50 %] - Steep/Whirlpool
2.0 pkg SafAle English Ale (DCL/Fermentis #S-04) Yeast

Not got any specific coments on that but i did a very similar thing a while back. I too had lots of different grains and hops, so i bunged it all in and sat back and waited to see what turned out. Not too bad at all as it happens
Going to brew it again at some point.

How many litrea are you expecting to make? Unless the yeast is out of date I doubt you need 2 packets for such a small grain bill.
