Stockpots as fermenters?

Finally Commissioned today! Fits well. Quality every bit as good as I hoped. The ball valve is only 1/4 inch I think, so probably no good for massive hopping in primary without swapping it or adding a filter, but this will do me fine.

Mangrove Jacks M41 just pitched into about 21L or dubbel, with home made candi syrup going in after a day or so. I think I will just funnel it through the top bung, so limited interference required. Let's see if that blow off will be needed!

Sounds very positive! Often people are underwhelmed with the quality of stainless FVs, so a definite win there.

(Unfortunately I seem not to have permission to see your picture though, or else the link isn't working - I just get a 'no entry' kind of symbol).

Ah... I've just discovered the way I share from Google Photos doesn't work if you are using MS Internet Explorer or Edge. Back to the drawing board with future posts then. There must be a few of my photos now, that people can't see if they're on an MS browser.
