Anyway, when I said 'leave it alone for a few days' I meant I won't take another gravity reading, it can just do what it's doing. FWIW, the bucket has a tap on so I can draw a bit off to take a reading with little chance of contamination.
I'll probably ferment it for 2 weeks, cold crash it for 48 hours, bottle/prime it, stick the bottles in the brewfridge at the same fermentation temp for about a week, then turn the fridge off and leave them sat in there for about a month before drinking (it's in the garage so nice and cool)
