Very nice work!

Reference Density (Caveats?)
One problem I've had drawing together all this stuff about hydrometers:
The theory is fine and it is all working as expected. But in the real world? It seems the (UK) scientific world is seemingly very much hanging on to the 60/60°F standard (hydrometers comply to a 15.6°C calibration and 15.6°C water reference), the arcane ISO650:1977 definition? The 20/4°C "standard" doesn't seem to get a look-in, the nearest being "density hydrometers" which is what a 20/4°C hydrometer is effectively. (E.g. https://www.brannan.co.uk/scientific/hydrometers). And no indication what you might be looking at in scientific papers! Sort of destroys my faith in the scientific world. I'll have to look into it a bit more.
But on a good note: The brewing community is dead set on 20/20°C hydrometers!
